Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Harrison City

Good service for sure. I sat in a booth in the back for a moment but it just smelled like mildew was a huge turnoff. The soda machine looked frightening, to say the least I can only imagine the mold in it.

Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes. I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.

I never went in, I ordered at the window so that's why they got a three but it closes in the winter, that's the one thing I hate about this place! But it's basic dairy Queen, delicious!

Drive through is not open until 9:30pm! I arrived at around 9:10 and a lady said ?we?re closed.? I commented that it says online the drive through is open until 9:30 (not really for the purpose to get food, but so they can have someone change thehours) and her response was ?we?re closed ma?am? in a rude tone. I understand it?s late, but there?s no need to be that way. Cansomeone please change the hours so no one else is treated this poorly. Thank you

Definitely more expensive than other DQ's but it's close to home so we deal.
