"Kline's has the absolute best ice cream in the Shenandoah Valley! They make their own ice cream and they dont skimp on the portion size. This location has outdoor seating and is next to the Subway sandwich shop at the lower end of the Sharp Shopper parking lot. You can enjoy a fresh made sub, then go next door and top it off with your favorite flavor of fresh made ice cream. Does your dog love ice cream? Klines has pet portions! "Our meals, service and friendliness of everyone was perfect. We came in close to closing time but no one rushed ua or said they were closing at 2:00. Our waitress was wonderful!! We had the cinnamon waffles, fig and pig sourdough toast and biscuits and gravy. All meals left us completely satisfied!"
