I love chipotle, but this order was very disappointing. the rice was undercooked and crunchy, the steak was chewy with tons of fat. there was barely any of the tomato salsa added and and to top it off, the chips were stale. maybe they think since Im not there in person it doesnt matter?? well it does! The portions are bad, they never have fajitas or vinaigrette. The service is perfectly fine but that doesn't make up for the terrible quality of the food....
