"Came in and the employees inside were sitting comfortably on the coach. Even though they could clearly see us looking for somewhere to sit while waiting for our friends they never offered a place to sit or accomodated us in any way and just continued playing with their phones, except for the one male employee . I had to really vocally say and ask if there was no where to sit for us while we wait and they even gave a mean look. Not the kind of service i was expecting. They have no regards towards their guest. Clearly untrained in customer service."
