"Good cookies, right? Pricier, but you know that going in. This location has consistently had terrible service. Untrained in customer service, borderline rude staff who behave as though your patronage is inconveniencing them. And assuming a tip at payment on top of premium pricing? Ridiculous."

"Menchie's offers 14 ice options as can be mixed but you like. In addition, you have 44 toppings and 5 sauces, so the options are endless. This place is not busy so you can take the time to choose what you want without haste. Cartridges are friendly and offer excellent customer service. Totally recommended."

"Loved this place. A very divey hole-in-the-wall. The food was incredible, prices were great, and the service was good. I had the spicy pork Bahn Mi. Was excellent with a generous portion of (actually spicy) pork. I'm not from the area, but would go back if I return and definitley recommend this place to anyone who wants a great sandwich. PS. "Thanksgiving for us was a little different this year. I used to be busy cooking. This year, my husband wanted to leave for the vacation. We really appreciated our waitress Tina. She was so welcoming and positive, although she had to work today. I really enjoyed her conversation and her general attitude. We are also fans of Cracker Barrel. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving menu! Don't cook bad for me. Besides, I always find Snoopy somewhere. "
