Stopped here for coffee whilst waiting for connecting bus to Leeds bus station . Stopped in here around 10am Sunday 17th September . The 2 young lads serving behind the counter one had glasses were just lovely . Greeted with a warm smile and impeccable customer service manners . I was very impressed. The diner is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physical disabilities, Depending on the weather, you can also sit outside and eat.

What BritTraveller68 doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
A Costa Coffee should not be right down the bottom of the listings in any location. The problem with this one is its out-of-the-way location, and the fact that it rarely opens all day. It seems they can’t get the staff, yet all the other coffee shops in Harrogate don’t seem to have any issues. If this is a franchise operation, I wonder if the franchisee is up to the job. read more.
