"My first visit here...had booking at mama doreens but they cancelled closing early cos of lockdown. Anyway very impressed with Tillys..nice welcoming cafe...food lovely.. ...shame we going into lockdown again. Would definitely recommend and re visit."

"Sometimes it is difficult to judge the quality of a coffee house from the outside and even what machine is on the bar. I went to harrogate, past more than a few coffee shops that all look promising, with beautiful baked goods in the offer. but they look closer and some have a super-automatic in the background. while they are not terrible, it shows that the coffee is not the star of the show. no35 harrogate. now we talk. cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, good selection of baked goods. the coffee is up there with the best of the third wave (if that means everything for them, for me it is well balanced, nuanced coffee that is delicious) offers. they also have a beautiful la marzocco on the bar. stop them for a coffee and a cake and they will not be disappointed."
