This is, I believe, a chain? But it doesn’t feel like one and that is half the battle won. The place is made to look quite hipster and thus a relief from the appalling mall in which it’s situated. Service is good, flat white was good (and ‘she’ is notoriously fussy about them) and my tea was also excellent. People hogging the sofas while not eating or drinking or anything was annoying. Service is good but can get extremely busy, so difficult to get a table, and the tables are often dirty and grimy. Moreover, watch out if using the wifi as criminals occasionally mingle as 'customers ' in some of the local cafes in Harrow to steal your identity and credit/debit card details, and sadly this location is no exception so exercise caution and use a VPN.
