Fiore Rosso - HARROW

The thin pizza at this restaurant is delicious. The jalapeño poppers are incredibly large! It's a decent place to order from. The dessert was average, but everything else was highly recommended.

The more I say is less for this place, the burgers are huge and tasty. it is juicy fleshy and amazing and the best is that they add toppings on their burger pizza is not so good, but it is good Italian style, but burger hell yes!

If you value your health and safety, I would strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant. They blatantly disregard food safety laws, not to mention the disturbing practice of handling food with unwashed hands and cooking pizza without proper hygiene standards.

On Sunday, January 25, 2015, at 5 pm, I placed an order on the Hungry House website. My partner, friend, and I ordered the threesome pizza deal for £17.50. I asked for a vegetarian hot pizza, my partner got a pepperoni plus, and my friend ordered a regular vegetarian pizza, each with our own modifications which we specified in the special request box. The estimated time of arrival was 6:25 pm, but the order arrived at 6 pm. However, we discovered that our requested changes were not made, and some toppings not listed on the menu were added, which were greasy and lukewarm. When my partner called to complain, Fiore Rosso restaurant employees initially seemed helpful. After a while, we were told to expect a call from the restaurant manager, but after 15 minutes passed and no call came, my partner called back. The employee we spoke to became aggressive and argued that the menu had changed, not willing to admit their mistake. Eventually, he hung up on us. I contacted Hungry House customer service, and they promptly canceled and refunded our order. It was later discovered that the menu on Hungry House was different from that on Just Eat, causing confusion. In conclusion, Fiore Rosso restaurant exhibited rude and careless behavior, their product was subpar, and I suggest ordering from a different establishment to avoid disappointment.
