I sent an email asking two questions only one was answered so sent another email asking second question, still waiting for a reply.which is now over 48 hours.clearly you don't read emails properly. Your not to big to answer the phones either that or you don't care about customer service, a phone call would of been no longer than 5 minutes a hell of a lot quicker than waiting for emails to be answered or me leaving a... Ever since I was a child, my family has always had a tradition of getting birthday cakes from Heriot. So, when it came time for my birthday, there was no question where I would order my cake from. The cake I got for my birthday was absolutely amazing. The sponge had the perfect density and resistance. I highly recommend getting a cake from Heriot for any special occasion. View all feedback.
