I ordered food from Deliveroo last night and it arrived in a mess, with items loose and scattered inside the bag. When I called the restaurant because I was having trouble reaching Deliveroo, they showed no interest, were indifferent, and rude. I have ordered from them several times before and the food was always good, but their attitude this time was unacceptable. View all feedback.

As a regular customer I'm really disappointed as I've got food poisoning after ordering from you (through Uber eats). This is the second time . Frist time I thought it might have been something else what I ate but now I know it is the RIN food. (Sushi, Chicken katsu, chicken teriyaki ... Really disappointed, spent lot of money and in exchange the food I've got was not safe to eat! I will not order again and I would advise others to avoid it too!

We ordered takeaway sushi from here, and we are in absolutely in love with the quality and quantity. 100% going to order from here again. Really love the food, it was very fresh.
