Absolutely fantastic family meal was consumed today 4 adults and 3 children. Very friendly welcoming atmosphere. What Lorna Ewin doesn't like about Dorset Arms:
We had lunch on Sunday, food was really good only to be let down by the lack of service. The amount of times we had to ask for someone to clear dishes, get drinks ordered. We had empty glasses on our table throughout the meal even after we put them at the end of our table to be collected. Shame as food was really good. Maybe a Manager overseeing needed, a lot of staff with no direction or idea on customer service. View all feedback.
