my experience with the apartments around 915 to today are great. alicia, who works for the group, helped me get every step of the way, quickly and smoothly. the apartments are huge! many apartment for their dollar- everything is kept clean lobby, elevators and flush. beautiful neighbours and the location is perfect to take a few drinks and eat after work. all they need is in a block or two. What Enrique Wisoky doesn't like about 915 Main Street:
$1640/month for 2 bed/2 bath and 1500/square feet is not worth it for this building in my opinion. The people and bus station in front of the main entrance are not friendly, the utilities are a large hidden fees, elevator outages, packages stolen, cockroaches in the units and basement, uncomfortable temperatures for weeks on end, dog waste and vomit in common areas sometimes. Poor management unfortunately does not make up for the square footage, marble counters, reliable appliances (other than AC which has constant issues).
