This Carvel is tucked in the strip mall at the corner of Main Street and Griswold Street/Glastonbury Blvd. It is clean and they do a good job with the flavors. It is better ice cream than the new DQ that's just a few hundred feet to the south where Boston Market used to be. View all feedback.
What Alison R doesn't like about Carvel Express:
Going to get ice cream is supposed to be a fun treat. Carvel ice cream is delicious, but the owner has zero personality and is not friendly or welcoming. Very stingy with the portions and overall just unwelcoming. Not a fun experience. View all feedback.
The ice cream was as expected. The female worker was cheerful but the man had zero charm.
