This restaurant is among the best in Hartford, within the category of Mexican, and the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has - based on the average evaluation of 3.9 - satisfied the majority of its customers.
It could be better. I feel you need to love your job so customers can have a better experience. Not to say that customers can be aggressively rude as well.
Fast serving and food is hot as if it should be, I still wish the options of rice or maradi grass mustard sauce in Puerto Rico.
