read moreDespite some negative reviews, Hartlepool's fish and chip shops still have their gems. While some may not live up to expectations, others, like the one located in the northeast of Wakefield, receive high praise. With large portions of cod and fish fritters, these locations cater to seafood lovers. Whether you prefer a more traditional meal or are open to trying something new, there is likely a spot in Hartlepool that will leave you satisfied. While prices may be rising, the quality and taste of the food are still top-notch, making it worth a visit to experience the best chippy in town.
