Horrible service. Ordered hamburger steak, others at table ordered steak. By the time they brought out mine they were almost done eating.There was ZERO concern from any of the staff. When I paid I was asked how was everything, I told them I did not get my food and again she did not care in anyway. She just told me how I owed. When I asked for the manager she reluctantly gave me the managers name. I will NEVER go back... View all feedback.

Good food and good salad bar! We enjoy going to OH!Bryans steakhouse especially for their lunch specials. Have a nice clean dining room, accessible by everybody...

"Beautiful small place right on the highway, easy access, super authentic looking with a very authentic taste. The service was excellent and the food was uncandy tasteful. I'm not a fan of fried beans, but they had a smooth and very woody taste. My duck was quite full of meat and very filling. In any case, this place recommends anyone who wants an authentic feeling."

"We were never in Hartselle, it's about a 30-minute drive from us and I just wanted to shave ice cream. Lol! I thought I can't ride 30 minutes for just shaking ice cream and saw that I took the cargo house for a future visit so the kids for lunch and dessert. We went to a Friday afternoon and sat right away. I don't know who our server was, but she was fast. We have our food and drinks in minutes! We got our food so fast that it can't be so good, but I was wrong. My boys have burgers, my daughter has the Alfredo, and I have a panini with pasta salad. All was good, the guys said the burgers were a bit dry, but still tasted good. It was a while ago that we ate there, so my memory is not so great, but I really remember our meal. I tried Alfredo my daughter and it was super cheesy and I love parmesan cheese so I loved it. I think my daughter wanted it to be creamier than chess. Oh and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have the good ice cream. Yay! I love crisp ice cream!"

"Fantastic pizza restaurant. Would love to see the addition of a medium (pan crust option and white sauce option for deep dish! If they could do this, it would be THE best in the area!!(FYI. Had deep dish pizza with white sauce in Chicago, and it was absolutely stunning in looks and flavor.... Plus a great option for those who are allergic to tomatoes or have problems with IBS."
