My visit to Chili's this evening began to be annoying. The greeting said they were closed and the door was supposed to be locked, and the food runner came out and said they were open now, so I could dive in. The food was delicious and ran away the night. I'd like to give this Chilli's more stars but they are lacking, from the person that has to seat you. This one lacked friendliness, and personality. And this takes the cake, I was charged twice for my meal. When I seen the double charge on my card two days later, had to make a special trip to Chili's to fix the problem.
