Went for a wine tasting, left very happy! Cute little outside area with wine barrel tables and gold chairs. The owners were so nice, personable and informative… he even showed us some of the wine making process! Everything is personalized down to the hand sanitizer bottles! We loved the wine and left with 4 bottles to enjoy later. We went an hour before they closed and never felt rushed… definitely 5 stars for a coup... read more.

"Wonderful restaurant. We were welcomed by the owner who was so warm and friendly! Food is delicious. I had the jerk chicken wrap with lettuce , tomatoes and a delicious pineapple salsa!! Well done! My wife had the fish and chips. Both were fresh.. the fish and fries were crispy and the Cole slaw was creamy and well balanced. We Overheard the people at next table say that the burgers they had were the best ever! Great service and all the staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. Five star plus! Highly recommend the Island Cafe and Grill. We’ll definitely be back!!"
