Had trouble ordering online due to an issue with my credit card. Called and got Kathy who I think is the manager on the phone. She was so friendly and quickly took my large work order which was ready exactly when promised. Amazing customer service and amazing pretzels! They were a big hit at work! What Karin G doesn't like about Philly Pretzel Factory:
Gross !!! MOLDY. Obviously, these were not freshly baked as they claim to be this was the order I placed days ahead. Besides the fact, they were hard as a rock and barely any salt on them. The entire layer on the bottom of the $40 ! Tray was stuck together by MOLD. Needless to say spent the next in the bathroom View all feedback.
