Went for a spa day and afternoon tea. Spa was fithy pool was freezing no basic facilities and cold water in the showers so couldn't even shower after.Staff not interested. Beauty Treatment area was slightly better and afternoon tea in the main. Hotel restaurant was nice but service slow.Didn't stay overnight thank goodness. Got the impression they hotel was being done up for wedding season. read more.
