"They're good on flavor and I liked the topping amounts on the pizza. But the Calzone is the most disappointing experience. 90% Crust, and its soo dry that the 1 small red sauce that comes with doesn't last past 3 bites. Not sure how long their dough/crust sits out; or if it was overworked or had tooo much flour. But my jaw was tired of chewing after 1 slice; I had to take a breather before I could finish the 2nd. I've never had that happen before, I swear."

"We tried Enrique's for the first time a couple days ago. Prices are very fair. I tried the Street Tacos and have to say they are the best I've had and I've had them at places all over St. Paul. My wife really like her Canitas Burrito as well. Sat on a picnic table down by the river and enjoyed. Moving to Prescott in a few months and will definitely become regulars at Enrique's!"

"Had ordered a chicken quesadilla, some chips and queso, and a chocolate lave cake. The cheese dip was watery and runny and had a funny taste to it. The rest of it was good though. Just wish the queso wasn't so bad, it's one of my favorite items to order anywhere I go."

"Carbone’s is great but this establishment doesn’t use the true crust as others. Gooey dough for crust. The mozzarella is great. Go somewhere else for pizza. The crust makes it and this establishment has failed Edit: I am not sure what the owner means, but the West St Paul location has much different crust. Much more crispy. Something is not adding up.
