Food is OK. Kitchen service is incredibly slow on quiz nights. It can take up to 2 hrs to receive even basic things like a bowl of wedges! Atmosphere is OK, but it would be much more relaxing if they didn't blast you with music from overhead when the pub is full on quiz nights. "My partner and I visited Cafe Anatolia just by chance on Friday, 25 November while away for the weekend. We walked past the most amazing smell coming out of this place and we couldn't walk away. We ordered a lamb kebab each and ate outside. We have had many kebabs in our time and I have even eaten them in Turkey but these were fantastic. If you want to eat inside it's pleasantly coloured with turkish cushions and the staff are friendly. We drove from Napier to Hastings on our second day on holiday just to have another kebab. If we lived down there we would definitely be eating there once a week. If you are in the area you have to check them out!"
