I just happened to pass by at the Irvington Farmer's market last week, and I needed some fresh mozzarella for that night's dinner. I ended up bringing home two savory muffins and two sfogliatelle. The muffins are a total game changer. So delicious. One half makes a great light meal with some salad on the side. And the sfogliatelle are the best I have EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
