"Can I just say it was lovely to again see Barbara taking care looking after us on Saturday 6th January 2024. I am the Group Co Ordinator for the local Hastings Rother MS Society who have been meeting (except during Covid lockdown! the first Saturday every month for many years now at The Azur in Hastings sefront , now called Teddy's Diner . Always looked after so well as a group down the years , but Barbara Has always been particurly helpful and charming to all our members over these years , Great to see her back this morning , the Hastings Rother Group would certinaly recommend for a Society Breakfast or Social event at The Azur to anyone .Thankyou from the group members and people living with MS . "Lovely restaurant in the Main Street in Cockermouth. The owner and his wife as well as their service are friend and helpful. The food was very good! Having just been in Turkey 6 months ago, I must say the food in this restaurant was better than in Turkey. We ordered a few starters and mains and everything was absolutely delicious! My personal favorites were: sigara boregi (filo pastry rolls filled with feta), Ali nazik kebab (lamb kebabs on a bed of aubergine and pepper yogurt). For dessert, the Antem Katmer is one of the best desserts I’ve tried! Will definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I decided to go on a little road trip yesterday with my wife we are from Scotland, I have seen many posts before about the Fairydust Emporium and always wanted to visit, let's just say the 1 hour journey was definitely worth it. Fairydust Emporium was so easy to find on entry to the shop we were greeted by the lovely long haired cat sat outside, as we went in the place was so warm and inviting, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is just something else, it's well presented and the portions are massive and very well priced would certainly recommend this place to anyone well done beautiful place."

"This is my favourite Café. I always pop in for a breakfast/brunch when I'm in this area. I also love the Armenian dessert. Place is run by super kind and polite, and very professional people. Always smiled and happy to help. You can see how your food is made, as kitchen door are always open. It's always busy here but I've never waited for the food too long. Very tasty coffee. They also provide few toys for small children, so families are nicely welcome here. Prices are fair. I highly recommend that place for everyone, who values a good quality of food and expect a positive attitude from the staff. I've been here many times and for sure, I'll be coming back here soon."
