Driving through Hatch on way from AZ to CO. Saw the bright yellow truck on the far West edge of town and decided to give it a try. Nice covered patio with picnic tables and super friendly staff. I had two street (Carne Asada and El Pastor) tacos, and my partner had a Burrito California which was huge. Food was delicious and perfect amount to fill us. What Yaniv S doesn't like about Pepe’s Cocina:
Solid Mexican food, no frills but well done. I had a carne asada burrito without the sour cream. It was loaded with meat and fresh pick de gallo. That's it. It was tasty with the red hot sauce and well seasoned. The seating is outdoors and cars can park right up to the eating deck. My only complaint and the reason for not getting four stars is the car running right next to me while I was eating. View all feedback.
