Brilliant pub, always love a visit here. Very dog friendly: went with a friends rescue dog who was very unsettled, instead of asking us to leave the staff helped to calm the dog with treats and fussing and made sure we all still felt welcome. Really impressed! read more.

We arrived and the waitress could not be less interested. Asked if we could sit anywhere and the response was ‘ye’ and she left. Asked is they were serving food and again, ‘ye’! Ordered drinks and started looking at the menu’s. Went back to the bar to find out that they weren’t taking any more bookings for food! Why give me the menus then?‍. Barely 10 minutes had passed.
