What User doesn't like about The Salad Station West Hattiesburg:
Horrible Customer Service ! A couple days ago I placed a online order and they made a mistake making my salad which made it inedible. I was told I could get a gift card or make another salad. I go to the restaurant today to make the salad and checking out I was told I’ll have to pay the difference of the incorrect salad. Why should I have to pay anything for a mistake that was made. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. all tasted super fresh I love that they give them gloves to repair their eating. they also had many options to choose from.
So so yum and everything is always stocked and cleanly!
They only provided me with a gift card for 11, my total online was more than that. Instead of management fixing the issue and getting me what I rightfully deserve she had 0 solution. Go to another restaurant it’s not worth the trouble here !
They calculate according to weight, so I have made sure to avoid heavy objects as if. it is about $7/ pound, which is quite reasonable for an salatable. my local whole foods costs $9/pound. they have dozens of vegan options for salad toppings. I started with mixed greens, then added: broccoli, hummus, beet, carrots, artichokes, olives, sesame seeds, garbanzo bean, roasted mais, dried tomatoes, half avocado, and probably more bears I don't remember. everything (including avocado) was fresh and perfectly ripe.
