Some of the best Italian that I ever had. I was introduced to the owner on a previous trip. We met by chance on the street in Hattingen. I was told that we would eat in his restaurant on my next trip. Well worth the wait.I'm a carpaccio nut, and theirs didn't disappoint. I got to watch them make it.
