There was a Vin Chaud on the slopes. Bar area very busy with bar staff, customers as well as drinks for waiting employees. 2 vin chauds needed a very long time...

Try the tomato fondue which is excellentThe meat dishes are excellent, they have an open grill which adds a great flavour.

I took the raclette menu - with some fondant white wine - it was delicious - the included dessert, I picked Pear Sherbet with Williamine was great too.

A great place to go for a fondue or raclette in VerbierYou can stay at the Brasserie to have a more relaxed evening (they have a formal restaurant).
