"A fantastic local favourite. We booked ahead thank goodness because the place was full. Brilliant atmosphere, great food and good wine list. The staff were great and really welcoming. He has a small restaurantWe walked in without a reservation and he had the most delicious slow cooked chicken, as well as a terrine with spinach mousse. For desert assorted cheeses and rhubarb pie. A warmhearted, humorous person. He and his delicious meal made the day for us.Worth a detour."
