Quaint Vietnamese food truck just behind the convenience store. They are super nice and serve you with a tray and ceramic bowl if you are eating there rather than taking out. Pho was fantastic and their spring rolls were made to order. We stop by for mango sticky rice every once and awhile. If you're up in Koolauloa for an afternoon I highly recommend this place. What Elizabeth Cereceres doesn't like about Pho Vientiane:
I wanted to give this place 5 stars but I'd be lying. I ordered take out from them and order the combination pho as shown on their pics and they didn't even give me any meats, just 2 tiny shreds of tripe. Disappointing! Not sure if they forgot, or if they thought they could get away with not putting meats bc it was take out. Not cool! View all feedback.
The sandwich's are so ono! That's all I've ever eaten repeatedly from here. The bbq chicken and lemongrass chicken sandwiches are my favorite ever of any Vietnamese restaurant on this island and big island. I'm super picky about gristle and fat wods on my meat, and I sucked these down like a brand new Hoover. The meat was perfectly marinated, seasoned and only quality cuts were used. Even after a 10 to 15 minute drive home the bread was fresh and crispy. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for semi-fast food-truck food!
Really good food, taste good and doesn't take a lot of time to be ready. The service was great as well, really nice people.
Best mango sticky rice ! We go weekly They lady is so kind and the food comes out quickly
Food was great. The beef pho broth was rich. The lemongrass chicken banh mi was juicy. The Teri beef banh mi tasted great too. I'd eat here again Peaceful outdoor picnic tables under a tent for those quick showers
