"They either always forget my drink or specifics of request no lettuce last time I used drive-thru they forget my drink was to far to double back and they must of been low on meat...it was the smallest burrito I had ever had from Taco Bell and they must of also been low on cinnamon twist out of 2 ordered one bag was almost empty. Talk about overkill...like 30 packets of hot sauce!!! Like WTH!?? ???"

"Usually we are satisfied when going here, sometimes they make minor mistakes but today was a aggravating experience. We asked for a bagel and cream cheese, we got a molded open cream cheese. After we went back in to tell them, they gave us a bagel with hair baked into it. They also disregarded our request for no cheese on the sandwich because of allergies and wanted avocado on it. There was cheese and no avocado on my sandwich. The manager was very sweet and kind about it and refunded us our money but I recommend double checking your food before you dig in."

"Have their coffee every morning. This location is very fast for the most part and very efficient. Employees know what they're doing. The store manager is very loud and very rude."

"I used to love bojangles and this place has really turned me away from it. They can?t ever get the orders right. If they are out of something they don?t tell you they just give you something else I guess in hopes you won?t notice until you drive off. I told them I wanted a Dr Pepper they gave me tea when I told them they said yeah we are out. This has happened several times. This was a meal we got only two pieces of chicken and biscuits looks like complete garbage. Our other meal had fries and they weren?t even cooked all the way. Not to mention all the attitudes you get."
