"I went to Benedettis a couple weeks ago to grab a rocket which by the way fed 3 people not only was the sandwich delicious but the gentleman who helped me was very personable . I no longer live in haverhill so Benedettis is not local but worth the drive. It's a local gem!"

"The Buffalo chicken wrap is amazing! Everyone who works here is so pleasant and kind. I’ve never had a bad meal. They make it easy to call ahead and pick up (including bringing your order to your car if you’d like). There’s a case of assorted goodies up front- definitely try the carrot cake!"

"Just a basic cheap diner (but not that cheap). Good for the kids. The omelets are watered down and grainy and they use cheap ingredients. But, it’s clean and friendly although mediocre. It gets the job done in a location where there aren’t many good options"

"Been here many times. Good food in a nice atmosphere. Only reason they lost a star is for the eyebrow-raising decision to take all the prices off their menu. I guess they're hoping to attract a clientele so wealthy that the price is beneath their concern, but they need a reality check on that: Haverhill's a working-class city. For guys with budgets (like me) not knowing is unnerving and having to ask is embarrassing."

"There was an issue with a women who was very intoxicated and very loud! She went over to a couple and started screaming at them because they moved to another table and she went over and touched the male and yelled at the female, the couple asked for the manager, she went over and they told her of the situation, while the woman was still talking loud and being obnoxious and drunk, manager told the couple she could not ask her to leave, which made no sense, until she gave a had time to the waitress, she was asked to leave, the management was terrible in handling the issue and the Couple told the Manager that they would never come back there again, I agree and saw the whole incident and would never go back there! I even said to the Manager she handled it very badly! She looked at me and said mind your own business, I told her I was going to call the police because they kept serving the intoxicated women and her answer to me was go ahead, she could hardly speak English. I then got up with my wife and told the Manager that she is an idiot and should never be in that position, I think she sweared at me in Korean, terrible food, service terrible and atmosphere sucked."
