If you’re in Collier Row and want to grab a coffee, save the money you’d have spent at Costa around the corner and head to Cafe 23, a warm, hospitable and bustling cafe around the corner. It’s not just the prices; the food hits the spot, the service is welcoming and friendly, and it feels like a bit of an institution. Lovely place. View all feedback.

Delicious freshly prepared food, great service and reasonably priced. Will visit again, next time maybe for breakfast which looked delicious, lots of choices for vegetarian.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the staff was fantastic. It's the perfect spot for a reunion!
If you fancy a proper dinner this place ticks all the boxes. Good dinners, table service, attentive staff and very reasonably priced. Better food than most local restaurants and far cheaper.
Good food, good service The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent, better than most local pub restaurants and less expensive. I recommend the steak and kidney pudding with boiled potatoes and veg. A proper dinner.
As always good food and good service at a good price. Best cafe around for proper homemade dinners. The place is always clean, staff always welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended
