Harris Hoole - Havering

What Hollieeee likes about Harris Hoole:
Had a quick cuppa after my shopping. The staff very friendly and welcoming, and encouraging people to take advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Also made the atmosphere even more jolly by creating a riddle on their chalkboard, which was quickly solved. Always lovely to stop here. View all feedback.

I am currently at this restaurant, where I find the coffee to be very expensive considering the poor customer service. I am observing how the staff treat other customers and it is quite disappointing. The atmosphere is dark and unkempt, with litter on the floor and tables.
