"Generous portions and tasty but NO SAUCE! If it makes it easier to imagine, it’s like a very tasty spaghetti Bolognese with loads of mince beef but BARELY ANY TOMATO SAUCE AND DRY AS HELL! If you’re Vietnamese you know this dish needs a good amount of fish sauce, it’s the star of the dish. I don’t eat a lot of fish sauce, I don’t even have it at home so when they deliver me a large delicious meal with not even half a tiny cup of sauce I find it very frustrating as it’ll always be the thing to ruin the dish, make it so bland and dry as it is. I came here a lot of times, ordering quite a lot and left notes for them twice but both times they wouldn’t give me more actually, this time they probs gave me a teaspoon more compare to last time . Shame as the food is very GENEROUS and TASTY, I am surprised to not see the Vietnamese complain about this issue I guess they have the sauce at home so they can always add extra into the food, but I don’t have it so I find it so frustrating!!! like.. at least fill the little pot please! :"

"I came here yesterday evening with my 8 year old nephew, Sister and Dad. We had not booked but they said they could fit us in for an hour. It’s such a lovely restaurant with a great ambiance. I wouldn’t say a Saturday evening is great for bringing kids, it seemed more like an adult place but not sure what the rest of the week is like. My Sister and I loved the music although I’m not sure my Dad could hear us talking as he kept saying pardon but it didn’t matter. The ambiance is really nice, it’s quite dark inside with a candlelit environment which makes me also think it would be a great place to go on a date. The food was lovely, just the right portion size, I wouldn’t describe it as the best Turkish food that I have had but it really was delicious all the same and the staff were very friendly and were well informed about the menu. I would definitely go back."

"Nice warm welcome on arrival and had a choice of a few tables. The restaurant had a nice Italian feel to it although signs of neglect in places, some stained worn out seats, scuffed wallpaper paint etc but overall fine. Service was good throughout our meal, although staffed asked if we needed more drinks far too many times. We all ate from the 3 course festive menu and all the dishes were presented well tasted great, good value for the price. Plus all the coffees and hot chocolates tasted great were nice hot too, which isn't always the case especially with floater coffees. So overall we all had an enjoyable meal we all said we would come back."
