What Charlotte Irby doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have gone through the drive-thru three times over the last 4 months hoping that the last bad cup of coffee was just that they were having an off morning. But this last cup of coffee still had an odd taste--not good. I don't know if it was the cream or the coffee. At 10:30 am, donuts were old. They were hard and crunchy. Thus was the 3rd time having the same issue. I kept giving them a chance; but, no more.
Cold brew is awful.App order took an additional 20 minutes to receive, when I ordered it 15 minutes before getting to the store. Unacceptable.
