I had the pleasure to eat at laughing crab food truck today. I had a great experience with the food and the owner. Food was fresh and a different take on traditional seafood favorites. I read some past reviews that don’t line up at all with my experience. Had the crabcake sandwich from their food trailer at Chambersburg Market days. Crabcake was over fried, small, greasy, and had a lot of filler. Would not recommend the crabcake. View all feedback.
