I counted twelve (that I could see) workers, but only one cashier. The line was out the door as usual on a Sunday afternoon). Dirty tables. Flies on the window. Drive-thru going fast, but inside ... interminable. Their doughnut supply doesn't keep up with demand, so I had to settle for a muffin. Bathroom was filthy. Only good thing: the coffee. here on the way to montreal. this is the usual tim’s, standard menu, friendly staff, got the order right, good selection of objects. the washrooms were clean.

"Very cute restaurant with great food. Unfortunately, they need to do a lot of work on their customer service. Abrupt short greeting, almost seemed to be a bother when we asked to be seated. Sat at the table for a while before someone came to table to take order and ended up being about 4 minutes after breakfast time closed, waitress said sorry only lunch available now (even though we had been sitting and in the cafe for about 5-10 minutes. Not accommodating and poor customer service. Similar to other reviews I read. It’s a shame because the cafe is cute and food is good, but really does put a downer to your meal when customer service is poor at best."

"This use to be a good place. I don't know what happened but my last order was really bad. The onion ring was way overcooked and the portion was really small, like 4 onion ring. The smoked meat (or should I say dry meat) on my poutine was burnt for some reason and the burger was completely crushed in the box plus the meat was really overcooked it was hard like a rock. Really disappointed."
