Why eat at a place that hires anti American spokesmen. Was a loyal customer until then went anti U.S. Military and woke!

employee asked if I wanted my receipt, I shook my head yes and said yes, he then threw it away, so he either was trying to be rude or was just too busy talking...

Terrible. Horrible service, workers talked like they couldn 't care less about their jobs, plus they were sold out of all but one type of cookie. I 've gone on...

Girl working today was miserable and messed up order. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Barley paid attention.

"I have to start by saying my husband and I have both worked in restaurants. We are two of the most patient and understanding people in the world, and we were absolutely shocked by how bad the food was. We stayed at Ledges hotel for the beautiful atmosphere and proximity to hiking, and just couldn't believe how disappointing the food was. We had reservations, but headed down a little early once we were informed of the free cocktail hour, we thought that was such a fun treat. We were shocked though when there was no host to seat us, so after about 10 minutes we sat ourselves at the bar. We decided that must be how they do things and we just missed the memo. After receiving our free cocktails we tipped the bartender and waited another 10/15 minutes to discover he was also the host, and our server. Under the circumstances he did a phenomenal job and we tipped him very well, but that's not how you conduct fine dining. The poor dude couldn't possibly do 3 jobs simultaneously. We got the Fonduta app and the dip was cold, not even room temp, cold and the foccocia, um was not foccocia. We're really easy going so we decided to let it ride, and save room for our mains. I got the pork chop and gnocchi and my husband got the filet and mushroom risotto. The pork chop was high quality, but barely had any chutney on it. I kindly asked for some more chutney because the .05 ounces I did receive were delicious, and they brought me a side of butter. Still confused on that one. The gnocchi was utterly disgusting. They mentioned the mozzarella creamery by name in the description, but instead brought cold gnocchi covered in canned marinara, topped with shredded parmesean. I'm guessing they ran out of heavy cream because my husband's risotto had zero cream. It was so dry and void of cream, I shouldn't call it risotto. We skipped dessert obviously and ended up cooking in our suite the following night, and picking up pizza on our last night. After our experience at Glass we didn't want to mess with the restaurant at Settler's Inn, despite the breakfast voucher. It's actually really unfortunate because we loved the location and thought we'd bring back our family in the Spring, but absolutely not. I'm not sure what the issue is, but we're not super high income workers, we worked hard and saved up for this experience, to be sincerely let down. I hope management takes this review seriously, because the only thing we consumed at Glass and enjoyed, was the wine and protien.
