The Boat House impressed with a delicious lunch. The wedge salad was bursting with freshness and flavor, and their potato wedges were absolutely delicious. For drinks, the pomegranate mule was a real kickstarter, and their beer selection was extensive and impressive. The service, while friendly enough, could have been a bit more attentive and inspired. What Michelle Middleberg doesn't like about The Boat House:
The waitress was really nice. But they told us 20 minutes and we waited 1 hour. Then finally sat down and got a salad, the strawberry had mold on it and there was a LARGE MOLDY WOOD CHIP in my salad. We got so disgusted we had to leave with two starving kids that just waited over an hour to eat. Worst decision to stop there on our road trip we could’ve been close to home by now. So gross.
