What Rey Hyatt doesn't like about Chatime:
Grab n go basically!
Average turn over time. Sometimes the staff get busy among themselves.
Premium Milk tea - for the first time ever, the tea itself was weak. A big big big disappointment !! You cannot compromise on your star product and serve it that way !
Stiff competition from Gong Cha and Share Tea in a very close proximity. Pull up your work guys !!

Still sweet for me... Last time they can make it less until 20% - 30% sugar but..... Now... It's no more :(
Their told me, all the Chatime shop can't make 20-30% sugar, because of the machine :(
But still ok for me ???? View all feedback.

Many customers mentioned that the drinks were too sweet and they were not able to control the sugar levels as they used to. Overall, there was a sense of disappointment and a call for improvement from the restaurant to compete with similar establishments in the area.
