What Brooke O likes about Emperor's Garden Restaurant:
Good People Watching. Never eaten there (didn't know you could), but situated at the bottom end of Dixon St., opposite Paddy's Markets, it's a great place to sit outside, have a coldie watch the passing parade especially all the various buskers hawkers on the weekends. First time having 7:45 breakfast at a Chinese restaurant. Had steamed BBQ pork buns, steamed prawn cheong-fun (rice noodle roll) & steamed pork ribs with small pieces of fried tofu. Not at all impressive. (Food - 2.5/5; Service - 2.5/5; Ambience - 3/5) View all feedback.

read moreEmperor's Garden in Sydney's Chinatown offers a mix of experiences - from average yum cha to delicious authentic dishes straight from Hong Kong, and a lively karaoke night with a supportive crowd. While some diners find the prices a bit high, others love the classic dishes like steamed pork rolls and mango pancakes. With the option to sit outside and watch the passing parade on Dixon St., this spot is perfect for a casual hangout or a fun karaoke night. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, Emperor's Garden has something for everyone to enjoy.
