What User doesn't like about Jumbo Thai:
The food is OK, not great but OK. But don't go there for service. Their attitude stinks. When you walk in, the place is filled with signs on what you cant do. And the hospitality matches. And we were told that we would have to finish within one and a half hours, even though we were only one of three tables left within 20 minutes. Don't ask for take away doggy bag, because you cant takeaway if you had a voucher, which... View all feedback.

Stir fried beef was tough and chewy. All staff were wearing masks. Not sure if this was to protect them or their customers. Not a good look. Can't recommend.
Went there with a voucher for $100. Ordered entres which were all tasteless and seemed like they were frozen foods just reheated, specially the salt and pepper squid absolutely disgusting.Ordered the Pad se Ew with oyster sauce, but was told by the waitress it could only be done with blackbean sauce which was horrible. I could count the peices of carrot and 1 sprig of shallot in the entire plate. My kids were happy with the steemed rice and minnie mouse plates but unfortunately we had to keep our pram outside the restaurant which was extreamly inconvenient. Finally my husband asked for as container for his pad Thai to have the rest the following day but was refused as the policy states no takeaway. I don't get it, we paid for the meal???? Why can't we take our leftovers???? What are they going to do with them??? Reserve to other customers? Or waste food and throw them in the rubbish??Overall a terrible experience and we will not be returning.Cheap food but poor quality and service was unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Overall: Value for moneyTip 1: Go before 11:30am for $6.00 takeaway deal (no bottle of water)Tip 2: Occasional Groupon deal $6.00 for a dish with bottle of water. Takeaway only.Favourite dishes:1.
