What Norberto Koepp doesn't like about On Ramen:
I've been there twice now and both times the ramen was very very undercooked. As in, still in the shape it is dried into in the packaging undercooked. The broth is ok but without properly cooked noodles there is no point. View all feedback.

I guess I went there in a quiet time so unfortunately I can't really say much about the service.
Someone said small and cozy, and dang right it's small, and that's actually one of my gripes with this place.
