Wandering around Haymarket looking for tasty and cheap food we hit the mother load. Huge portions , served very uickly, very tasty and great value...what more can you ask. 25 a$ for two people for mains and free green tea thrown on. A place for casual dining in a busy yet relaxed environment. Featured with traditional Vietnamese food, pho in particular, i.e. rice noodle soup served with beef or chicken or both. Here the key is the soup, not rice noodles or even beef/chicken. The soup must be served hot and, being cooked for many hours with spices and beef bones, with very intense flavour.
