What Hassie Ratke likes about Zan Bou:
This was a delicious meal. I absolutely love rice and the hot pot created a delicious crusty texture. The soy sauce combined with the King ribs was perfectly salty. Apart from a longish 10-15 minutes wait and very chewy ribs this dish was great. Next time I’ll also get the preserved meat which is actually lap cheong. View all feedback.

Cantonese seems to be the boring family member of Chinese cuisine at the moment, the brash heat and spice of Sichuan and northern fare more thrilling and new.
