"Dear Fuzzy's, I love you, but opening up in Hays, Kansas seems like it was a terrible idea for your brand. While traveling home from Oklahoma to Colorado we saw a new Fuzzys in Hays and were so excited! However the experience left me rather upset. It was not busy, I walked up and ordered right away, but had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. (At very busy locations I have never had to wait that long) After inquiring about my order one of the employees took a taco out of the bag and around the corner...sus! Then I get to the car and am checking the order, the queso was missing the toppings, and one of the tacos looked like an animal attacked it. Still hungry from a long day of traveling I went to eat one of my breakfast tacos. I love places that have breakfast all day menus, but Fuzzy's just because you serve breakfast all day doesn't mean you serve potatoes that have been sitting around ALL DAY! Needless to say I won't be back to this location, and I hope fellow travelers read this and think twice as well!"

"With the rebranding. There's no more mcd family atmosphere. Just feels like you come in get your food and go. And secondly since they got rid of the pop machine it's a 50/50% if you get a good soda . Half the time they let the Syrup run out so it's all water with"

"The owner of this restaurant, owns the one in Colby, Kansas as well! Some of the employees in Colby's restaurant had been working there for over 18 years or more! He made the employees work Christmas day and the next day he fired every one of them and closed the restaurant permanently without offering any incentive pay! He is a ruthless Pizza Chip! The Some Beach has no sympathy for dedicated workers! Who knows! You may be next!"

"The food was fine, but this seemed like a really poorly managed location. We went a little after lunch (maybe 2 or 3pm) and they were out of half the meats and tortillas and a couple other items. It wasn't a weekend but it was during Christmas break, so perhaps they just got more business than expected? It was pretty crowded for a Friday afternoon. Either way, it was a little weird. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed, especially the guy filling the orders. He was really pretty rude to customers, especially the person in front of me. I'm guessing he was overwhelmed and frustrated by telling everyone that they were out of half the food options.The bathroom was not very clean or comfortable and the dining area wasn't clean either. Honestly, it just felt mismanaged."

"Son-ick..Received a completely wrong order--from the burger, to the side, to the drink; burger was overly greasy (was leaking in the bag and had a foul taste); tots were very lightly cooked (not crispy at all); got charged twice; called the number at the bottom of the receipt and didn't get anywhere; called the store directly and talked to the manager who offered to remake--but I was already on the road, so they offered coupons.First time I've had a problem in quite a while--but don't frequent this place either. Please work on getting the right order to customers and checking the system. Carhop said the payment had not gone through so he ran my card back inside. I have a banking app which showed two charges and was showed to the carhop. Check your work please. Had things to do so I left with the items given. Will stop by later today to try and sort things out better and update, but this review will remain. There's no good reason for the issues experienced today."

"Went in for a sandwich at lunch yesterday. The guy and the cashier were so nice. The blonde girl in the middle was rude, looked like she wanted to be anywhere else and was completly degrading to the cashier when a question was asked. Instead of helping she just shoved her out of the way. My sandwich was delicious but that blonde girl was not nice."
