The theater itself is good and clean but the sound isn't that wonderful I dislike how you have to pick your seat before you get in the theater Go in the movie and people sit wherever they want so I think that's a waste of time. Not a good experience. We were waiting in the hall for the movie to start. An HOUR later, the staff comes in and tells that the show has been cancelled due to hardware issues.They refunded the tickets and gave passes but not happy, I drove all the way from Cupertino, spent a couple hours at Cinemark, haven’t watched the movie, came back all the way, so much time got wasted and got nothing.
